Alyse Morgan - Ballet

It is the most beautiful process to watch someone learn and grow mentally, physically, and artistically. I love being able to form bonds with the girls both in and outside of technique. It is so fun for me to watch them excel and push themselves.

I have danced all around this country and have yet to find a more welcoming and loving environment. Here at CBT I feel uplifted and encouraged to always be better by the girls and my fellow faculty. I love that CBT is my family away from home and I can always find a loving arm here.

I love ballet because it is the most delicate, demanding, disciplined way to express myself. I love that I can lose myself in a dance or I can forget problems as I perform. I love that it takes hard work and dedication to make something so beautiful.

My philosophy is first based on love. I always find a love for my students. I give them corrections and instruction out of love. I believe that ballet consists of two main elements, the love of hard work and the love of artistry. If I can instill hard work and the joy of hard work and progression combined with the peaceful beauty of the art itself, I think the possibilities of your children are endless.
